  • The team at Bali Belly Doctor are amazing. I messaged them on WhatsApp at 7am after being up all night to ask if they had anyone who could see me at the hotel to assist with my symptoms. Within minutes they replied and arranged for the doctor and nurse to be in my room at 8:15am. They kept me up to date when they were on the way, and liaised with the hotel staff to access my room. They were kind and very professional, guiding me through every step of the way. The IV was painless - much better than the ones I had at home. And afterwards they left me with a travel insurance document and a bunch of medication to help. If you aren’t feeling well, don’t suffer and just give them a call. I feel SO much better now.

  • What an amazing service. Used WhatsApp to message at 0600, had them at the villa by 0815. They gave me electrolytes and vitamin B complex IV infusion along with prescribed antibiotics + other meds “just in case”. Felt amazing immediately after with symptoms clearing up towards the end of the day. Highly highly recommended if you get the Bali Belly or ‘Montezumas revenge’. I only wished I called them the day that I got sick

  • Outstanding service from doctor Melinda. Came to my hotel in Nusa dua. gave me an infusion with various medications and a course of oral medication for my bali belly. After treatment I was given a comprehensive medical report and invoice to submit to my insurance provider. 5 stars service

  • SAVED THE DAY! THE BIG DAY! Oh man, so happy I found this place! I'm a wedding organizer and on the early morning of one of our weddings, three of the groomsmen fell ill from food poisoning, you know Bali Belly :( We took them to Siloam but they didn't have the staff to attend to all three and I found this clinic next door, half the price and amazing service. Most important, the guys got rehydrated and presentable for the afternoon wedding. Really amazing to see the color return to their faces and bathroom runs stop. I was a hero, the bride was so thankful. Definitely consider this place for Bali Belly emergency. Now have them on speed dial

  • Dr Ari and his team are incredible! My partner and I were both sick two days in a row. First night they came out at 6am in the morning to treat me after I had a horrible case of bali belly, they came within 40 minutes of us calling them! The next night my partner had bali belly and they came to our villa at 11:30pm at night. They are very caring and informative.   • I was on holiday in a resort in Nusa Dua and had an extreme case of Bali belly (diarrhea every 3 hours). This went on for a few days and I knew that I was badly dehydrated, weak and the sickest that I’d ever been in my life. I decided to call out the medical team who came and treated me in my hotel room. It took the team almost 2 hours to get to me because of heavy traffic. Their communication was superb (in perfect English) from the moment I contacted them and they kept in touch whilst on the road. When they finally got to me I was in awe of their professionalism, knowledge and the speed in which they treated me. Dr Karin and her nursing assistant are literally lifesavers and I am so grateful for their care. I was told that if I had left it a day longer I would have been hospitalised. I was supplied with all the necessary medications to help get me back on my feet. I was given the doctor’s consultation report for my GP and travel insurance company. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Don’t hesitate, call them and get better soon!

  • Had crazy Bali belly as soon as I got up. AT 8am, I scheduled an appointment for 10.15am and they came one hour earlier!! I was very dehydrated and close to being delirious so it was great to see Dr Astri with her team. They wasted no time in setting up their IV drip and within 10 minutes I was feeling so much better! Highly recommended and well worth the money. The anti-nausea pills helped to make the day much more enjoyable. Thanks guys!

  • I got a terrible stomach bug, which is why I went to the doctor. It was very convenient to book an appointment with whatsapp messages. Doctor Karina spoke perfect English and treated well. I was given two different hydration solutions through a drip, as well as medicine for the symptoms of stomach disease. I felt better immediately on the spot and the next day I started to feel better. I received all the receipts and certificates also for the travel insurance, as well as the home remedies directly. They would have also made home visits to the hotel, but I wanted to go to the location, it was easy with Grab and cost less than a euro. The clinic was really clinical.

  • Top! I came in without an appointment but with suspected dehydration and was helped immediately. Let's wait and see if it helped, but I already feel much better. In the end it certainly helped. PS: After returning, I asked for a receipt to declare the costs to my health insurance, and they sent it very neatly and completely.

  • Fast and first class service! We are very grateful that we received help so quickly. My partner was in severe pain and within an hour the doctor was at our villa to help. She was very friendly and sensitive, my partner was given an infusion and prescribed medication. There is also a report (+invoice) about the treatment, which you can submit to your health insurance company without any problems - thanks for the help!

  • After I fell ill with the so-called Bali Belly, I booked a home visit. I got the Bali belly treatment. After the two infusions I felt much better! You will receive an invoice that you can submit to the insurance company. The doctor and her assistant were very friendly and did a great job!
